I have lived in Barrie for over three decades, and have bought and sold within the Simcoe County region. Beyond my local experience, my work is closely connected to my life as a mom. Raising a child on the autism spectrum inspired me to build a business that gives back to our community. Every time I help a client buy or sell a home, a portion of that work goes directly toward supporting families through Autism Ontario.
How does your $200 Autism Ontario donation work when I buy or sell a home?
Whenever a deal closes, whether you bought or sold a home with me, I donate $200 to Autism Ontario. You do not have to pay anything extra or complete any paperwork. The donation is made on your behalf, and every dollar goes to support programs and resources for families in our community.
Do you offer a reduced commission rate for families who are raising a child with Autism?
Yes, in certain situations. Raising a child on the spectrum comes with real costs for therapy, specialized care, and daily resources. To help ease that financial weight when it comes time to move, there are cases where I offer reduced commission options for families navigating autism.
Are you available to meet in-person, on the phone or virtually?
I am available for whatever is the most convenient for your schedule. We can meet in person at the Coldwell Banker office in Innisfil or on Dunlop Street West in Barrie, grab a coffee, or chat at your kitchen table. If you are busy or relocating from out of town, we can set up a phone call or Zoom meeting instead.
Which geographic areas do you cover?
My primary real estate service areas include Barrie neighbourhoods such as Allandale Heights, Painswick, and Barrie North, along surrounding communities including Innisfil, Orillia, and Oro-Medonte. I also work with buyers and sellers across York Region.
What should I expect during an initial home buying consultation?
You can expect a simple and open conversation about your home buying plans. We’ll talk through your budget, target neighbourhoods, wish list, and ideal timing, so I can begin finding the right properties to view.

You can expect an honest and clear discussion around your plans to sell your home. I will go over what your home is worth in today’s market, how to stage it to get the best price, and other practical tips for getting ready to sell.
